Poster Instructions
 

Poster Size: Poster should be no larger than 44 inches wide by 36 inches tall and no smaller than 36 inches wide by 36 inches tall.

Poster Fastening: Posters will be fastened using push pins that will be provided at the conference. Push pins will be arranged so that they do not puncture through the poster, but still allow for sturdy display. It is suggested that posters be reinforced with clear packaging tape in areas that may receive stress, such as the corner areas that will be fastened to the easel.

Poster Format:
• Poster Title: Place title on the first line at the top of the poster.
• Poster Authors: Place names of authors and postal addresses of authors on the second line.

Poster Body: When looking at the poster the information should be organized from left to right. Please use lettering that can be read at a distance of 5 feet.

Poster Display:
• Posters will be scheduled to allow viewing for a period of time exceeding the time scheduled for the presenter’s presence.
• Please mount your poster and remove your poster according to schedule.
• Please be present during the scheduled interactive time to answer questions, etc.
